Description
For something a little different to the existing range, Orange & Date vinaigrette lends itself to Moroccan flavours. Try this as a dressing for a salad of grated carrot, roasted peanuts and chopped dates. Use it as a marinade for chicken and then pop it in the oven to bake with vegetables (fennel, kumara and carrots work well) add quartered mandarins or sliced oranges. Once baked the fruit skins will be as delicious as the rest of the dish.
